$650 – for both men and women

Includes:

• Standard comprehensive blood testing
• A 1-hour consultation with a supervising physician
• Personalized interpretation of results
• Customized guidance on hormone levels, metabolic markers, and wellness optimization

National Blood Draw Access

Not in Florida? No problem.

We partner with a nationwide network of licensed draw centers, allowing patients outside of our primary region to complete their lab work conveniently and efficiently.

Mobile Phlebotomy (South Florida)

In Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties, we offer mobile phlebotomy services for your convenience. Our trained professionals can visit you at your:

• Home
• Office
• Hotel

Please note: Depending on your location, an additional travel fee may apply for mobile phlebotomy and concierge physician services. Contact us directly for details.

Consultation Options

We offer several flexible options to meet with our medical team:

• Virtual appointments via phone or video
• In-person consultations at our satellite office locations
• Concierge services available in-home, office, or hotel (select locations)

Lab Results & Turnaround Time

• Most labs are processed and available within 36 hours
• We provide thorough result reviews and clear next steps based on your individual health goals

Insurance & Payment Policy

Balance Health Centers operates as a private, out-of-network medical practice.

We are not affiliated with, nor do we bill, any insurance providers. All consultations, treatments, supplements, and pharmaceuticals are provided on a self-pay basis.

Patients may submit outside laboratory results for review only if:

• The lab work is completed within 30 days of your consultation
• The lab panels match the medical director’s required test parameters

We encourage patients to inquire in advance if submitting outside labs, as incomplete panels may delay evaluation or require retesting.
